Telectran International manufactures and supplies a wide range of custom designed transformers and electronic components, including cochlear implants.
We implemented Greentree’s Manufacturing module for them and recommended other changes to make their manufacturing process hum.
This included a preliminary report on their existing manufacturing process flow, and a proposed flow incorporating Greentree and a suite of custom MS-Access reports. We also migrated their data including 3,000 BOMs (Bill of Materials) from their previous system.
